Training and Certification Terms of Services
These Qualtrics Certification Terms and Conditions (these “Terms”), together with, as applicable, the Qualtrics General Terms and Conditions located at https://www.qualtrics.com/legal/customers/gtcs/ (“GTCs”) or the master services agreement between Qualtrics, LLC (“Qualtrics”) and you (“Customer”), govern any order form between Qualtrics and Customer (an “Order Form”, together with these Terms and all other terms and conditions applicable hereto, the “Agreement”) providing for Customer’s participation in the certification and enablement services as set out in the Agreement (as applicable, the “Program”). These Terms take effect on the earlier of the date on which Customer clicks through to accept them or the date on which Customer enters into an agreement incorporating these Terms (the “Effective Date”). Customer represents that it is lawfully able to enter into these Terms.
- Terms Applicable to Qualtrics Basecamp Content and Services.
- Disclaimer. Neither Qualtrics nor any of its affiliates or licensors will be responsible for any compensation, reimbursement, or damages arising in connection with: (a) failure to complete any training agenda, (b) Customer’s inability to participate in the Program, including as a result of any termination or suspension of the agreement or our modification or discontinuation of the Program, or (c) any investments, expenditures, or commitments by Customer in connection with these terms or Customer’s use of or access to the Program.
- Disclaimer. Neither Qualtrics nor any of its affiliates or licensors will be responsible for any compensation, reimbursement, or damages arising in connection with: (a) failure to complete any training agenda, (b) Customer’s inability to participate in the Program, including as a result of any termination or suspension of the agreement or our modification or discontinuation of the Program, or (c) any investments, expenditures, or commitments by Customer in connection with these terms or Customer’s use of or access to the Program.
- Terms Applicable to Certification Only.
- Generally. To obtain a certification under the Program, Customer must pass the exam (“Certification Exam”) that applies to the particular Qualtrics Certification and comply with all other requirements set forth in the Agreement.
- Use of Name and Logo. Subject to Customer’s continued compliance with the Agreement, Qualtrics grants Customer the limited right to use the name of the specific Qualtrics Certification that Customer has received and any trademarks, service marks, service or trade names, logos, and other designations of us and our affiliates that Qualtrics makes available to Customer in connection with these Terms or the Program associated with such Qualtrics Certification, (collectively, the “Qualtrics Marks”) for so long as such Qualtrics Certification is valid or until revoked or terminated as set forth in the Agreement. Customer may use the Qualtrics Marks only in accordance with the trademark use guidelines that Qualtrics gives Customer or posts on the Qualtrics Certification Site from time to time (“Trademark Use Guidelines”). Qualtrics may revoke any license granted to Customer to use any Qualtrics Mark associated with the Qualtrics Certification at any time by giving Customer notice of such revocation.
- Customer Responsibilities. At all times when Customer is holding itself out as the recipient of a Qualtrics Certification, or at any time that Customer is providing offerings that relate to Qualtrics or the services provided by Qualtrics (“Services”), Customer will:
- conduct its activities in a professional and competent manner;
- comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and orders of any governmental or regulatory authority;
- not make any representations, warranties, or guarantees to third parties with respect to Qualtrics or the specifications, features, or capabilities of the Services; and
- not engage in any false or deceptive acts or practices.
- Testing.
- Procedures. Customer will comply with all rules and regulations applicable to the administration of each Certification Exam as determined by us or by any third party authorized by Qualtrics to administer Certification Exams (a “Certification Exam Provider”). Customer will not engage in any misconduct in connection with any Certification Exam, including by (a) receiving or providing unauthorized assistance, or submitting work that is not its own; (b) possessing or using unauthorized materials during such Certification Exam; (c) falsifying its identity or identification documents, or misusing any testing identification number, username, or other credentials that have been provided to Customer; (d) failing to adhere to any testing policy, procedure, or directions; (e) receiving or viewing the content of any Certification Exam that has been disclosed or disseminated in violation of the Agreement; (f) using any Qualtrics Marks in a manner not authorized by the Agreement and the Trademark Use Guidelines; or (g) any other actions that Qualtrics reasonably believes are inconsistent with the principles of the Program.
- Confidential Information. All Certification Exams and any other materials that are provided to Customer in connection therewith (collectively, “Testing Materials”) constitute our Confidential Information.
- Retakes. If Customer does not pass a Certification Exam, Customer may retake such Certification Exam only in accordance with the retake policy set forth on the Qualtrics Certification Site (within the Exam FAQ within each course) Qualtrics may amend such policy from time to time. Administration of additional Certification Exams will be available at additional cost (not included in the price set forth in the Order Form or original purchase for the initial Certification Exam).
- Transfers. Within organizations, access to the online Certification may be transferred from the originally assigned individual to another individual in the organization only before the originally assigned individual registers for the respective Certification Exam.
- Privacy. Qualtrics may share Customer’s information with our third-party contractors in connection with the administration of Certification Exams. Qualtrics may also verify the status of Customer’s Qualtrics Certification to any third parties that inquire about such status.
- Refunds. Fees for Certifications are non-refundable.
- Terms Applicable to Qualtrics Training Accounts Only.
- General Use. As part of completing an online training or certification course, customers may receive access to a Qualtrics Training Account. These accounts shall be used only to complete training activities. Projects or data that is not associated with training activities may NOT be stored in this account. Qualtrics reserves the right to change the permissions of these accounts from time to time.
- Termination. Qualtrics reserves the right to (i) modify the permissions for such accounts; or (ii) terminate these accounts and delete any associated data and projects in these accounts at any time if Customer breaches these Terms. Qualtrics is not required to provide notice of this termination or deletion. Training Accounts are automatically deleted after 6 months of inactivity after which time no content is recoverable from these accounts.

Terms Applicable to Webinar Training Only.
- Recordings and Distribution. Qualtrics reserves the right not to record a Webinar training or permit the recording of Webinar training. Qualtrics does not allow for the unauthorized distribution of any of the material provided during a Webinar training, such as presentations, handouts, exercises, booklets, surveys, or data.
- User License. Webinar Training attendees are not required to have their own paid user license, but Customer acknowledges that training for attendees without a license may be less effective. During a Webinar training a user license may or may not be provided.
- Webinar fees. Some webinars may attract an attendance fee. This fee is non refundable, unless the Webinar session is canceled by Qualtrics.
