Do these terms apply if I have a separate agreement? |
No, if you have a separate agreement with Qualtrics, generally a general terms and conditions, master license agreement, or a master services agreement, those terms will supersede these GTC and govern our relationship unless otherwise agreed by the Parties for a particular order. |
Why are you changing the Terms? |
This update is to harmonize Qualtrics’ terms with updates to SAP’s terms and market standards. |
How do I accept these Terms? |
By using or accessing the Services on or after the date of the last update to the Terms, you agree to the updated Terms. You may be asked to click an “I Accept” button or check box presented with these Terms. |
Will this change affect the way I can use the Services? |
No. You should experience no change in the Services, and you will not need to do anything differently. |

Will this change affect the way I can use the Services? |
Generally, no. You should experience no change in the Services, and you will not need to do anything differently. If you are an academic user on an academic license and are using the Services for compensation, you will no longer be able to do that. We love our academic users and provide them our Services for a great deal but we don’t want them using the Services for compensation. |
