About Shareable Links
Qtip: The anonymous link must be enabled for your survey for the shareable link to work. See Survey Access for more information.
You can distribute your pulse program to participants using 1 shareable link. The survey connected to the link will change depending on the program schedule you set.
The shareable link is anonymous, meaning it doesn’t record identifying information about participants. This means you will not be able to identify which participants provided a response through this link unless you add an authenticator to your survey template.
Qtip: Anonymous links can be included in invite emails using the piped text for Program URL. You can also distribute them through your personal mailer or link them wherever else you’d like.
Get a Shareable Link or QR Code®
You can get the exact shareable link, or a QR Code that redirects to the shareable link.
- Go to Schedule and content.
- Select Shareable links.
- Enable Use shareable links.
- To get the link, click Copy the survey link.
- To get the QR Code, click Download a QR Code.
