About Managing Journeys

This page covers how to manage your journeys after you’ve created them. This includes editing a journey, renaming a journey, copying a journey, and deleting a journey.

Editing a Journey

To edit a journey, click the three dot menu next to the journey and select Edit.clicking the menu next to a journey and then edit

This will open the journey editing page for you to make any changes to your journey. See Building Journeys for more information about configuring the different aspects of your journey.

Qtip: You cannot edit a journey that is published live or in shadow mode. You must pause your journey before you can make changes.

Renaming a Journey

You can rename a journey at any time:

  1. Click the three dot menu next to the journey.

  2. Select Rename.
  3. Enter a new unique name for your journey.

  4. Click Confirm.

Cloning a Journey

You can clone a journey (also known as copying). When you clone a journey, that copy will use the same map as the original journey. All rules and settings will also transfer to the cloned journey.

  1. Click the three dot menu to the right of the journey you want to clone.clicking the menu next to a journey and selecting clone journey
  2. Select Clone journey.
  3. Give your journey a unique name.

  4. Click Clone journey.

Deleting a Journey

You can delete a journey if you no longer need it.

Attention: Deleted journeys and their associated data are not recoverable.
  1. Click the three dot menu next to the journey you want to delete.clicking the menu next to a journey and selecting delete
  2. Select Delete journey.
  3. In the confirmation window that appears, click Delete journey.confirming the deletion
