The below link directs to the Resale Terms of Service or General Terms and Conditions for Resale of Qualtrics Services between you (“Partner”) and Qualtrics, LLC (“Qualtrics”). These GTC can be found at www.qualtrics.com/resale-terms-of-service/.Acceptance. Please read these GTC carefully before using or permitting End Customer to use www.qualtrics.com (the “Website”) or the products or services offered by Qualtrics (the “Services”). These GTC take effect upon full execution of an Order Form or when you or End Customer uses any of the Services or Website, whichever occurs first. If you are agreeing to these GTC on behalf of Partner, you represent to Qualtrics that you have legal authority to bind Partner.
Modifications to this Agreement. Qualtrics may modify these GTC at any time by posting a revised version on this website or otherwise providing notice to Partner. By continuing to use or permit End Customer to use the Services after the effective date of any modifications to these GTC, Partner agrees to be bound by the modified terms. Refer to these GTC regularly to ensure compliance. Some Services may be subject to additional terms specific to those Services as set forth in the Service-Specific Terms https://www.qualtrics.com/service-specific-terms/, which are incorporated herein to the extent applicable.
