I am a Senior Talent Partner in Singapore, supporting hiring across the functions in Qualtrics. I am also a mother of one, and I enjoy learning new technology and gaining knowledge. Joining Qualtrics is such a lovely experience. I love the XM product that serves business needs and decisions for the company. The TA team is wonderful and I love the culture of the organisation which is collaborative, open, and dynamic!
What attracted you to Qualtrics in the first place?
People & Culture - I had a great experience meeting with different interviewers and I was provided good information about the role. It’s a unique culture that is open and collaborative.
What is your favorite part of your role?
I connect with many candidates, and that helps me to open my network and enhance my evaluation skills every time I interview. It's exciting when I close an offer!
Any tips for someone who is considering a role at Qualtrics?
Prepare to join a fast-paced environment. Your self-learning skills and initiative to lead the work/project will be helpful for you to adapt to the culture in Qualtrics.

Joyce is an alumnus of Nankai University and started her career at SAP. She is a big fan of Karaoke and once participated in a competition in Singapore - she was in the top 15 among 300 participants. |
