Why Qualtrics – Hannah Weirich – Research Services Account Executive – Provo, UT
My family is the reason I do what I do. I'm a wife and mother first! I've been able to put my husband through school, take care of my 3 (soon to be 4) children. Qualtrics fits my personality - I'm relentless and driven to succeed and I love that I am never able to settle.
What attracted you to Qualtrics in the first place?
What drew me to Qualtrics was the ability to constantly grow, learn and become more than I ever imagined for myself. I love that the career path here is limitless. As a sales professional, I've already had the opportunity to promote in a short 1.5 years.
What was the turning point where you 'had to have the job'?
In my college years, I knew so many great people already working at Qualtrics and I knew it was the perfect place for me.
What is your favorite part of your role?
I love helping clients to close their experience gaps. I have the opportunity to see the impact our work has in helping our clients business, helping our contacts see success in their roles to promote or move up and impacting the way they interact with their customers. The data points we provide our customers allows them to make changes that over time drastically grows their business. It's a true partnership!
Any tips for someone who is considering a role at Qualtrics?
As a woman in sales and a mom, I'm in a unique position to help women know they can have both - a career and a family. The way I manage both is grit! It is not work/life balance, it is a work/life blend. I make sure I'm in it when I'm at work, and when I'm with my family, they have my full attention. This takes time to master, but really helps everyone involved.
What are your aspirations in career/life?
To simultaneously grow my success as a sales professional and a mom. I want to be confident enough in myself to take on bigger roles while growing being a great mom. I'm motivated to help others succeed, and thinking about leadership but not sure what that looks like, and I'm ok with that. That's the really great part about being at the Q, I have the opportunity to explore so many different options, and it can change if/when I need it to.

Hannah is an alumnus of The University of Tulsa, The University of Central Florida, and Utah Valley University. Hannah is a New York State Rowing champion and went to nationals two years in a row and came in 3rd place senior year! At The University of Tulsa, she competed on the light weight top boat was on the travel team winning against crews like Harvard and Stanford! |
