My why has always been people. There's a reason there are billions of people on earth - we're here to help each other, learn from each other, love each other, and so much more!
Qualtrics, I've made amazing connections with people both inside and outside of the company, which makes my job meaningful. We work in a very collaborative environment where people aren't afraid to ask questions or make mistakes. Our office is also a family-friendly environment (snacks, playroom, ice cream etc.). Just the other day, my kids were more excited to come into the office than to go to Grandma's house.

What attracted you to Qualtrics in the first place?
The opportunities and people attracted me to Qualtrics and they have kept me here for almost 7 years!
What does your day look like?
It's always changing, which makes it exciting. Right now I lead our team of Technology Consultants in the Provo Office so a lot of my time is spent coaching, teaching, helping, and listening.
What is your favorite part of your role?
Working with the people on my team. Whether it's helping them out or just getting to know individual team members better, working with other people is definitely my favorite part of the role.
Any tips for someone who is considering a role at Qualtrics?
Be open to new opportunities. When I joined Qualtrics, I never expected to be in the role I'm in currently. Your Qualtrics path may take you somewhere you don't expect as well.
What made you want to get into technology implementation?
I love the mix of project-related work, technical work, and customer-facing work. I enjoy the problem-solving that is involved as well!
