Why Qualtrics
Amber, Software Engineer, shares a career worth pursuing
I'm looking to learn and grow both as a person as well as an engineer, both for personal satisfaction as well as to support my family.
Qualtrics gives me an environment to do just that, with mentorship, varieties of challenges, and leadership opportunities.
What attracted you to Qualtrics in the first place?
As an intern, I was able to see and feel the work environment at Qualtrics. I liked the friendly communication and the ever-improving and growing environment.
What is your favorite part of your role?
I like how varied the projects I work on are. I've been able to learn so many new things, and I also feel like I am able to take ownership for the work that I do.
What made you want to get into engineering?
I always loved computers as a kid and was fascinated with technology. When given the chance to study computer science in college, I fell in love with the field and had to pursue a career in it.
What is your top #LifeHack?
