Singapore Office FAQ
First Day
- When should I arrive?
Please arrive at the office by 9:00 am.
- What does my first day look like?
You have orientation sessions in the morning, and then you will meet your manager and team members. You will spend the rest of the time doing office orientation and laptop setup.
- What should I bring on my first day?
Please bring your NRIC / Employment Pass / Passport

- How do I get into the office on my first day?
You will need to obtain a temporary building pass at the level one lobby security counter before going to the office. This pass will let you ride the elevator to our office, where the office manager or hiring manager will let you inside. At a later time, you will receive a Qualtrics ID badge that will give you access to the building, the elevator, and our office.
- Do the doors lock at specific times?
The doors are locked 24hrs a day. You will be able to access the building, elevator, and Qualtrics office at any time once you have received your Qualtrics ID badge / office access cards and office tags.
- What is the best way to get to the office?
The easiest way to get to the office is to take the MRT and get off at the Downtown Station. We are just 2 mins walk via Exit E. Please contact your manager upon arrival.
- What is the dress code?
We dress casually in the office (t-shirts and jeans accepted).
