Professional growth for herself and others: Diana, Senior Analyst – Sales, Training & Enablement
As a naturally inquisitive and data-driven person with a background in psychology and in Information technology, applying for a role at Qualtrics was a no-brainer for me. I had first heard about Qualtrics working on one of Ireland’s leading banks on their CX team. It was clear they were a leader in all things XM. I realised that the technology Qualtrics was building allowed companies to be more data and insight-driven; the same things that have made the likes of Amazon and Google so successful. The technology that Qualtrics builds makes it easy for a company to measure and improve employee engagement, gather website feedback, or perform market research. Throughout my interview process, I learned more about Qualtrics’s mission and vision for the future and I was fully convinced that Qualtrics was the right choice for me.
What has surprised you most about working at Qualtrics?
Having worked in Qualtrics for a few months now I was impressed that Qualtrics really does live and breathe its values. These values are known as TACOS. This stands for Transparency, All in, Customer Obsessed, One Team, and Scrappy! I see these values in action every single day. Qualtrics doesn’t just talk the talk, they walk the walk!
What made you want to get into training and enablement?
I have a background in Psychology and IT. I have worked in a number of different roles over the years and have worn many different hats, but found that the role I get the most satisfaction from is through training and guiding others. This combined with my interest in CX and data analysis made the role at Qualtrics as CS Enablement for EMEA a must-have for me!
What 3 words would you use to describe Qualtrics to someone?
Data-Driven, Customer-obsessed, Pioneers! That was technically 5 words though!

Diana is an alumnus of the University of Cork and started her career at Allied Irish Bank (AIB). Diana used to live in a supposedly haunted house! She didn’t see any ghosts but some of the others who lived there said they did! |
