I thrive in an environment where innovation, new ideas, and challenging the norm are all encouraged. I also love to collaborate with others, learn from them and their experiences, and, of course, repay them by adding value to them where I can. For me, Qualtrics strikes a great balance between challenging me and encouraging me to grow whilst still allowing me to be creative, deliver real impact, and have fun in the process.
What attracted you to Qualtrics in the first place?
I was living abroad with plans to return to Dublin in the near future. I was looking for a company where I could start to build my career but I also wanted to find something that was up-and-coming, vibrant, and exciting. I had never heard of Qualtrics but saw an article that said they were hiring. I did some research, it looked like a great fit so I got in touch.
How long have you been with us now, and why is it still Qualtrics for you? How has Qualtrics lived up to your expectations? How has it been different?
I began my Qualtrics journey 3 years ago and I am still as excited as ever to be part of this team. Qualtrics as a company has evolved a lot since I joined and it is showing no signs of slowing down. We've welcomed many new faces since I joined but the culture is still great. The fast pace, innovation, and relentless commitment to be the very best continue to motivate me and make me excited to see what the next 3 years will bring!
What is your favorite part of your role?
My favourite part of my role now as Enablement Lead for the Sales Development team, is seeing our new SDRs find success for the first time. I began my career as a Sales Development Rep so I know first hand how hard it can be and sometimes you feel like you will never be successful. When the reps I work with get that first taste of success and realise their hard work is paying off it is extremely rewarding for me.
What is your top #LifeHack?
What you do consistently matters more than what you do once in a while - especially as an SDR!
What 3 words would you use to describe Qualtrics to someone?
Hard Work, fun & rewarding.
