My Qualtrics Experience – Sidney Hauser – Recruiter – Provo
What did you choose as your Qualtrics Experience?
Because of the Qualtrics Experience scheme, my husband and I were able to have an experience of a lifetime in Europe! We decided to go on a cruise in Europe that stopped in 5 countries we didn't think we'd ever go to on our own. Our trip included stops in Estonia, Russia (on the 4th of July), Finland (on my husband's birthday), Latvia, and Sweden. The coolest part? We happened to be in Russia during the World Cup! And we ran into my husband's parents, who happened to be on a different cruise in the same port stop. We're so thankful for the opportunity Qualtrics gave us this summer to experience the world.
One of our objectives at Qualtrics is to encourage employees to Learn, Lead, and Live. What did you learn through this experience?
I always knew I wanted to be at a company that sells a product I believe in, even though I don't directly sell the product. I also knew I wanted to be at a company that doesn't just "talk the talk" but "walks the walk", and that's what Qualtrics does.
If we're going to sell an experience management product, we better be the paramount example of providing an incredible experience -- to clients AND employees. Qualtrics encourages us to LIVE, and even provides us a chance to experience the world in a way we might not have on our own dime. So I decided to experience new countries, cultures, foods, time zones, and people. It's an experience I'll never forget, and it wouldn't have been possible without Qualtrics.
