What did you choose as your Qualtrics Experience?
I've never been to Hawaii and was planning a trip with 2 of my college friends that I hadn't seen for over a year. I thought it would be a great chance for a reunion and to explore a new state!
One of our objectives at Qualtrics is to encourage employees to Learn, Lead, and Live. What did you learn through this experience?
After moving to Utah almost 3 years ago, I've gotten to explore the outdoors, to try new activities, and to just enjoy being out in nature. My friends are very much city dwellers after living in the SF/Bay Area, so I convinced them to take on a couple hikes with me in Hawaii! We hiked Waimano Falls, and it was definitely more challenging than they expected. However, it was so great to see them power through. At the end, you could use this rope swing to jump into the water. Both of them were a bit scared about the slight height and cold water, so I went in first. After much encouragement, they both got in as well, and it turned out to be a beautiful memory documented via my friend's Gopro!
