My Qualtrics Experience – Scott Larsen – Manager, Software Engineering – Provo
What did you choose as your Qualtrics Experience?
I always wanted to experience the Oregon coast, including digging for our own clams, etc. Qualtrics helped me to be able to take the whole family and do this. We went hiking in the woods, clamming on the beach (and we made a fine meal with them), and just generally experiencing the feel and culture of the region. It was very good for our souls and family bonding.
One of our objectives at Qualtrics is to encourage employees to Learn, Lead, and Live. What did you learn through this experience?
Certainly did a lot of good wholesome living as part of this experience. Also, we had the children do preparatory research on the area and its history, and help determine which things they wanted to see. We enjoyed the museums, learned from a local how to dig clams, and discovered some very cool rocks and animals on the beaches.
