Qualtrics Experience
My Qualtrics Experience – Craig Abbes – Sales Development Representative
What did you choose as your Qualtrics Experience?
I chose to fly out several friends to Utah and embark on road trip to Moab, St. George, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, and back! I chose to do this for my Qualtrics Experience because I love living in and around the south-mid-western US and you truly have to see it to believe it. My friends have never been out to the legendary National Parks and I thought it would be a great chance to not only take them there, but also to cities they have never been. We were even able to squeeze in a music festival in LA.
One of our objectives at Qualtrics is to encourage employees to Learn, Lead, and Live. What did you learn through this experience?
My friends and I were able to learn the rich history and geography associated with the beautiful National Parks in Moab. As they described it, they had never seen a place that "looked like Mars." We were able to learn about the lava tubes and caves in Snow Canyon Park in St. George. As for Las Vegas and Los Angeles, we were living. In Las Vegas we were able to enjoy the normal staples of the city, but other things like a Cirque de So Lei show and a concert. We even learned a bit at the 'Real Bodies' Exhibit. In Los Angeles we lead and lived. We drove through the Hollywood hills, swam in the VERY COLD Pacific Ocean, and ate some of the tastiest food I've had in quite awhile. Lastly, we got to see one of my favorite musical groups' Gorillaz, music festival Demon Dayz, with acts like Erykah Badhu, the Internet, George Benson, De La Soul, and others. In short, my friends were able to learn, I live, and all lead the charge in some fun exploration.
This is just one more example of why you might want to check out our open opportunities at Qualtrics and see if you are a fit!
