Gavin on a Career in Implementation at Qualtrics
Gavin, as an associate manager for Research Services Operations, is focused on the development and success of the teams that focus on implementation for our customers. He currently has three teams that report into him: Project Management, CoreXM Technology Consulting, and BX Technology Consulting.
I wake up on a Monday morning for my family. I want to make sure my family is taken care of. That my kids can participate in activities and that my wife is happy. I want a better future for them. Qualtrics makes it easy to come into work and provide for my family. I love the people I get to work with here because Qualtrics attracts individuals of unique quality. Everyone is intelligent, driven, hard-working, committed, excited, and they all bring a lot of momentum.
What attracted you to Qualtrics in the first place?
I was very comfortable with the job and company I was at before Qualtrics. I never thought I would venture out because I enjoyed it. Qualtrics reached out to me, and I spent time seeing what the company had to offer. Their vision and the type of people I interacted with at Qualtrics instantly made it a place I saw myself working at. It definitely took some time to make the decision, but it was easy once I understood where I would fit in with the vision of Qualtrics and how I could help drive the takeover of XM.
What made you want to get into technology consulting?
I had the desire to help people and companies use new products that allow them to be more effective, efficient, and profitable through automation and technology. As a technology consultant, it is important to be creative, intelligent, a subject matter expert, and customer-obsessed.
What is your top #LifeHack?
