I work in HR because I love working with people (very cliche I know) but I really am a people person.
Qualtrics has really helped me develop my skills & career over the last year. Currently, I’m on the WLD committee for 202, attending amazing events and helping plan them too. Not only am I connecting with so many like-minded people and making friends for life, but Qualtrics really does help develop your personality traits.
What attracted you to Qualtrics in the first place?
The culture.
What was the turning point where you knew you 'had to have the job' at Qualtrics?
The direction of the company and where it’s going. All so exciting.
What does your day look like?
Every day is different which makes it interesting.
What is your favorite part of your role?
My team, they’re amazing!
Any tips for someone who is considering a role at Qualtrics? Or advice for someone looking to get into a career like yours? Tips for someone in general?
Be yourself! It’s so important. It can be nerve-wracking when you join a company but always keep an open mind.
What has surprised you most about working at Qualtrics?
Just being yourself and the open culture. The transparency is amazing.

Life is too short. Go for it.

Seeing the change I’ve made in my role.
How have you become involved in community at Qualtrics? What has that meant to you?
WLD. I’m on the committee for 2021 and honestly is one of the best groups I’ve been in.
