Historical Moments: Growing at Scale with New Starts at Qualtrics
We love Mondays because Mondays mean new Qualtricians! Welcoming our newest team members to the Q means a day of introductions, new tech, and (for some) the start of our intensive onboarding sessions where they learn all they need to know about Qualtrics. It also definitely means exploring our offices - explore their discoveries by checking out their scavenger hunt at #QualtricsLife.
This week, we welcomed the single largest class of new starts to Qualtrics in our history! With 75 new starts on July 15, 2019, the Qualtrics team beat the total number of hires that we made between January 2010 and June 2011. It’s the first of many records we’re looking forward to breaking as we work to grow our team.
Our newest co-workers come from over 50 different universities including Auburn, UC Berkeley, Trinity College, and Montreat. Their time at companies like Microsoft, Deloitte, Google, EY and with the U.S. Air Force among many others brings a diversity of experiences and knowledge to the team.
We are delighted to welcome a group of individuals who are devoted to Experience Management and looking to help drive forward the success of Qualtrics. We’re looking forward to working with them in this next stage of their careers! Please join us in celebrating this exciting milestone in Qualtrics history.
