Impact
Yusuke, Customer Success Consultant: Culture and Impact
Environment (culture and the people) has always been an important part of my life and was definitely the key reason to join Qualtrics. I spent my childhood in Malaysia for 8 years and, after I came back to Japan, I attended an international school and joined a university that provided classes in English. This international environment which I was able to experience made me realize how important it is to me and how it has impacted me to be who I am right now. Qualtrics values who I am and brings the fullest out of me. So I am grateful to be working in such an environment.
What attracted you to Qualtrics in the first place?
The people. I was introduced to Qualtrics by a colleague who I worked with when I was at Deloitte. We had a similar background so I knew the culture/values at Qualtrics would be a strong fit.
What was the turning point where you knew you 'had to have the job' at Qualtrics?
After finishing all my interviews. In total, I met around 5-6 people during my interview process and everyone I met was amazing. I could feel every one of them had the TACOS culture in them, and at that moment, I realized that TACOS were not just a company-level value, but are actually seen at an employee level. It was a huge influence in making me want to join Qualtrics.
What does your day look like?
Everyday is exciting and challenging. As a Customer Success Manager, I am involved in speaking with our customers on a regular basis. I help guide customers in the direction of their Experience Management Program using our Qualtrics platform, introduce new updated features/customer stories/use-cases, and many more to help customers succeed using our platform!
What is your favorite part of your role?
My favorite part of my role is when our customers are happy using our product and realize its value. Since Customer Success is the main contact with customers after implementation, we get to hear our customers' real voices, so I feel excited when our customers give such feedback.
What 3 words would you use to describe Qualtrics to someone?
EXM (Experience Management), TACOS, and Fast-Paced
