Building Community – Q Groups

What are they?

Q-Groups are employee resource groups, or ERGs, that employees have created in the workplace. They are based on shared characteristics or life experiences and provide support to enhance both career and personal development.

Why do they exist?

We believe that Qualtrics wins as a business when we have many diverse perspectives informing decisions. Q Groups are centered on attracting, developing, and retaining diverse employees to make sure we have as many diverse perspectives as possible.

Women’s Leadership Development invites anyone of all genders to create a place where women can thrive at Qualtrics by:

  • Elevating the voice and visibility of all women to amplify influence and expand opportunities so that equal impact = equal influence
  • Making space for all women at Qualtrics to thrive as their authentic selves by fostering psychological safety and normalizing inclusive intersectionality
  • Driving accountability for company attraction, development, engagement, & retention of diverse women’s talent on all teams, and intentionally connecting them to a strong network of intersectional allies that create ongoing opportunities for collaborative impact

 


 

MOSAIQ’s mission is to amplify the voices of BIPOC employees and to foster a community of anti-racism, awareness and inclusion by connecting MOSAIQ members and allies in a safe setting. The goals of MOSAIQ are to:

  • Recruit more candidates of color, and convert them to hires
  • Retain talent of color
  • Promote talent of color so they develop
  • Increase allyhood and awareness
  • Influence the behavior of Qualtrics and the community by promoting anti-racist behavior

 


 

Qualtrics Pride focuses on making Qualtrics a welcoming workplace where members of the LGBTQ+ community feel safe and included. Qualtrics Pride aims to accomplish this by giving training sessions to employees and hosting inclusive events across all of our offices. The goals of Qualtrics Pride are to:

  • Develop and retain Qualtrics employees who identify as LGBTQ+ by providing a supportive community through efforts such as discussion groups, mentorship programs, guest speakers, and networking events.
  • Attract more members of the LGBTQ+ community to Qualtrics through recruiting and publicity programs showcasing a welcoming, open culture that LGBTQ+ members will want to join.
  • Provide a forum for discussion about the challenges facing LGBTQ+ members in the workplace and determine appropriate courses of action to address these challenges.
  • Give back to the overall LGBTQ+ community through volunteer work and fundraisers

 


 

Q&ABLE enables everyone—regardless of ability—to do more. Q&ABLE advocates for fair and equitable treatment for all employees, working together to overcome any obstacles. Q&ABLE aims to:

  • Recruit, develop, and promote people of diverse abilities.
  • Work to make Qualtrics facilities accessible to all.
  • Help the Qualtrics community to better understand and support all those with disabilities, especially their co-workers.
  • Coordinate with Qualtrics management to brainstorm and implement reasonable accommodations that enable employees with disabilities to participate fully in assignments and events.
  • Create a space where members can give and receive support for the challenges we face.

 


 

The mission of QSALUTE is to build community and camaraderie that enables successful careers for veterans and their families in the civilian world starting at Qualtrics. QSALUTE aims to:

  • Recruit military talent into roles where they can accelerate their careers 
  • Retain strong leaders with military backgrounds
  • Engage members of the internal/external military community through social events

 


 

The Qualtrics sustainability vision is to be a force for good in creating a healthier planet. The Green Team will support this by using our platform, resources, and people to meaningfully contribute toward closing the climate change gap while improving our triple bottom line: our people, our planet, and our profit.   • Create a connected community that educates and inspires action
  • Promote sustainable and earth-friendly practices and policies both internally and externally at Qualtrics
