When I think about my “why,” I would say making an impact is a driving force whether it is in my personal life or professional career. Relationships are extremely important to me and I strive to make a positive impact in every facet of my relationships.
How does Qualtrics connect with your "why"?
Our society is connected now more than ever and Qualtrics contributes to doing good things with this rather than bad. Qualtrics helps companies and people, in general, understand each other in a really important way. Since one of my main motivations is driven by relationships, Qualtrics allows me to interact with people I wouldn’t be able to otherwise and helps me to foster these positive experiences.
What attracted you to Qualtrics in the first place?
Initially, I was attracted to Qualtrics because I felt like transitioning to the technology industry was the best move for my career. Once I learned more, I found a plethora of other things that were attractive about Qualtrics. I’ve never been surrounded by so many highly motivated and intelligent people in one place and the blanketed work ethic and passion of my coworkers is extraordinary. This provides a stimulating work environment that fosters individual growth and development.
What has surprised you most about working at Qualtrics?
I knew Qualtrics puts employee experience at the forefront of their decisions, but I didn’t realize how many amazing opportunities would open up as a result of being a part of this amazing company. In addition to work-related travel (which I really enjoy), my team has won sales competitions which allowed us to take trips to Lake Powell, a cruise around Mexico, and allowed me to attend a Q-Club in Bora Bora.
What are your aspirations in your career/life?
I never want to stay stagnant in any aspect of my life, and I want to continue to grow, learn, and develop. Quatrics not only allows personal development but highly encourages taking the time to fine-tune your craft (including new ventures) inside and outside of work. The ability to succeed at Qualtrics is limitless, and I feel empowered to continue climbing my way up the ladder and making an impact!
What 3 words would you use to describe Qualtrics to someone?
Growth, Opportunity, and Trailblazing!
