People + Challenge = Perfection says Felix, Account Executive
I am a person who likes to be around people, discuss, enjoy life, and love challenges. For me, account management at Qualtrics is a perfect fit. It's a challenging job to provide the best possible experience to clients while meeting new exciting people and having a wonderful team in the background.
What attracted you to Qualtrics in the first place?
At first, of course, I found the product exciting, the strong growth, and the great potential. In the course of the talks, it changed more and more in favour of the people and the values
What was the turning point where you knew you 'had to have the job' at Qualtrics?
After the initial talks with my manager. In a sales-driven company, it is very rare that so much time is spent getting to know people and their values. The decision was clear to me!
What is your favorite part of your role?
For me, the overall package is very important. I really enjoy getting to know so many different people and their interests, being given exciting tasks, and being able to exchange ideas with my team every day and celebrate successes at the end.
What has surprised you most about working at Qualtrics?
That the values are really lived and are a great anchor in the daily job. Although Qualtrics has become very big, there is still the opportunity to help shape, improve and contribute ideas (be scrappy!).
What's a favorite moment/memory of your time at Qualtrics so far? Or an impactful moment?
The first meeting with the team after 6 months of online meetings/onboarding due to Corona. Nice to see that my colleagues really exist :)
What 3 words would you use to describe Qualtrics to someone?
One-Team, Transparent, Scrappy.
