Here is what our packaging updates mean for your organization:

  • New product names, same functionality. The email you received with your quote includes the new name for your product. Even though product names have changed, rest assured that your functionality will stay the same.
  • Interaction-based pricing for XM for Customer Experience and XM for Strategy & Research customers. Your pricing will be based on the number of feedback interactions you receive in the Qualtrics platform instead of the number of people using the platform at your organization. If your current pricing is based only on responses, your interactions allocation will match the number of responses you were already receiving. If your current pricing is based on a different usage metric, Qualtrics has tracked your response usage over the past 12 months and will allocate an equivalent number of interactions and in addition, your new quote will grant you 10% more interactions than that historical usage – which is a great opportunity to engage more with the Qualtrics product!

    You’ll be able to track the number of interactions your organization is using whenever you log into the product.

  • Employee-based pricing for XM for Employee Experience customers. If you are an XM for Employee Experience customer, your pricing will be based on the number of employees at your organization.
