AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am
Qualtrics is excited to welcome you to the AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am this week at The Lone Cypress Club at Pebble Beach Golf Links.
Please see below for important information that will help shape your experience prior to arrival and on-site.

Tickets
Your ticket(s) will be sent to you via Ticketmaster to the email you provided in your pre-event survey. Your ticket(s) will be sent no later than Wednesday at 5 PM PT.
*Pro-tip: add your digital ticket to your phone’s virtual wallet prior to arrival at the course.
If you have not yet completed your pre-event survey, please submit that as soon as possible so we have the best email to deliver your ticket.
Travel
Shuttle: Qualtrics is providing complimentary shuttle transportation to and from Pebble Beach Golf Links for those not planning to drive or Uber/Lyft. Thursday, Friday, and Saturday the shuttle will depart from the Monterey Marriott beginning at 10:30 AM and will run all day on a 30 min. loop. Please let us know if you would like us to save you a seat and add you to our transportation list. The shuttle will provide return trips from Pebble Beach Golf Links back to the Monterey Marriott with the final shuttle return departing at 5:30 PM.
Parking: We have a limited number of parking permits available each day of the tournament. Please email pgatourexperience@qualtrics.com if you plan to drive to the course and would like a parking permit. With limited availability, we will do our best to provide parking accommodations and will fulfill requests on a first-come, first-served basis.
Rideshare: The designated rideshare pick-up and drop-off zone is located on Forest Lake Rd., near the main shuttle stop. Vehicles may not park or wait in the rideshare lot. Rideshare vehicles are not permitted to pick-up or drop-off at any other location around tournament grounds.

The Lone Cypress Club is the premier onsite hospitality experience at the 2024 AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am. This brand new offering provides exclusive access to the famed Lodge at Pebble Beach and an unparalleled setting to watch the best players on the PGA TOUR compete, all set against the breathtaking backdrop of Pebble Beach Golf Links.
Indulge in culinary delights with themed menus at The Tap Room, The Bench, and Stillwater Bar & Grill, along with a grand buffet, specialty bars, and outdoor patio dining. Premium wines, spirits, and handcrafted cocktails are included along with a dedicated concierge to enhance your experience.
A Lone Cypress Club ticket includes exclusive access to The Lodge, Marquee on 18 Green, Oasis at 17 Green, and Oasis at 7 Tee.
Time: The Lone Cypress Club is open to LCC ticket-holders from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. If you’d like to learn more about what’s available, visit The Lone Cypress Club site (password: WelcomeToLCC).
The PGA TOUR has a list of allowable and prohibited items. All bags must be smaller than 6”x6”x6” or clear bags smaller than 12″x6″x12″, and umbrellas cannot have the sleeves on them.

If you requested hotel accommodations through your pre-event survey, you will receive your confirmation details directly from the hotel.

RSVP changes
Please let us know as soon as possible if you’ve had a change in plans and are no longer able to attend, need to adjust the day(s) of attendance, or any other portion of your RSVP.

Please keep in mind that your ticket is non-transferable and will only be honored for the registered guest(s).
