Qualtrics is excited to welcome you to the Memorial Tournament presented by Workday this week at Muirfield Village Golf Club.
Please see below for important information that will help shape your experience prior to arrival and on-site.

Tickets
Your suite ticket(s) and a Black Lot parking permit will be sent to you via Ticketmaster to the email you provided in your pre-event survey. Your ticket(s) and parking will be sent no later than Wednesday at 5 PM PT.
*Pro-tip: add your digital ticket to your phone’s virtual wallet prior to arrival at the course.
If you have not yet completed your pre-event survey, please submit that as soon as possible so we have the best email to deliver your ticket.
Travel
Shuttle: Qualtrics is providing complimentary shuttle transportation to and from the tournament on Saturday for those not planning to drive or Uber/Lyft. Saturday the shuttle will depart from the Marriott Columbus Northwest beginning at 9:00 AM and will run all day on a 30 min. loop. Please let us know if you would like us to save you a seat and add you to our transportation list. The shuttle will provide return trips from Muirfield Village Golf Club back to the Marriott Columbus Northwest with the final shuttle return departing at 5:30 PM.
Parking: A parking permit for the Black Lot will be sent digitally with your ticket(s) to your Ticketmaster account no later than Wednesday at 5 PM PT. The Black Lot is located at 6568 Longshore St.
Rideshare: The designated rideshare pick-up and drop-off locations are at the 6th Tee Lot (10555 Dublin Rd., Dublin, OH 43017) and Gate #15 (8668 Muirfield Dr., Dublin, OH 43017)
Qualtrics hospitality
Location: Nicklaus Village, Qualtrics XM Suite which is located between the 15th fairway and 16th tee.
Time: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
The PGA TOUR has a list of allowable and prohibited items. All bags must be smaller than 6”x6”x6” or clear bags smaller than 12″x6″x12″, and umbrellas cannot have the sleeves on them.
Hotels
If you requested hotel accommodations through your pre-event survey, you will receive your confirmation details directly from the hotel.

RSVP changes
Please let us know as soon as possible if you’ve had a change in plans and are no longer able to attend, need to adjust the day(s) of attendance, or any other portion of your RSVP.

Please keep in mind that your ticket is non-transferable and will only be honored for the registered guest(s).
