The session will explore the concept of employee experience (EX) as a holistic approach that considers various factors such as engagement, expectations, inclusion, sense of purpose, health, and wellbeing. Participants will learn about EX25, an industry-leading approach developed by Qualtrics, which goes beyond traditional engagement metrics by identifying 25 critical drivers for EX, including trust, safety, respect, and work-life balance.
