Over the past few years, we have built capacity to support Singaporeans’ lifelong learning. Singaporeans and our companies are also more awakened to the need for continual upskilling. The challenge has now become one of speed – how to continually change and update the training in tandem with the increasingly rapid and dramatic changes at the workplace. Taking a leaf from the user-centric philosophies of modern IT design, a key enabler of such agility is an effective learner feedback mechanism, implemented effectively at a national level.
