Welcome to our User Group! We created this forum to provide you with a platform for peer-to-peer exchange. Hear from our customers about their goals of their Customer Experience Programs, how they have set up the programs, how they manage challenges and which best practices they have established.
For our upcoming session we have Mandy Miehe, Head of Corporate Customer Intelligence at Trumpf as our speaker. TRUMPF is a German industrial machine manufacturing company and is one of the world's biggest providers of machine tools, with more than 70 operative subsidiaries worldwide and more 16.500 employees. With a decade-long tenure at TRUMPF, Mandy brings a wealth of experience to her current role as Head of Corporate Customer Intelligence, a position she has held since 2023. Before joining TRUMPF, she played a pivotal role in corporate development at Messe Stuttgart, spearheading market research and survey initiatives for the Industry & Technology trade fairs.
