Experience Management Roundtable for the Travel Industry

Our Qualtrics customers value the peer to peer exchange on a regular basis. Once a quarter Qualtrics users meet to hear what their counterparts in other industries have achieved with Qualtrics. Our participants  share best practices, how they manage challenges and what they have planned. Those quarterly sessions are mainly virtual and for all industries. In addition to that, we are offering in person events for specific industries for a deep dive into the specifics of their industries. This time we will host an Experience Management (XM) Roundtable for the travel industry. Experience Management is crucial in the hospitality sector, as it helps businesses to better understand customer satisfaction levels, improve service delivery, and innovate based on customer needs and expectations.
