Commitment to Accessible Products
Part of our core mission at Qualtrics is to create an equitable and inclusive workplace and experience for our customers. As a part of this, we’re committed to building accessible products and solutions that reflect the diverse needs of our customers and employees.
To deliver on this commitment we’ve worked hard to incorporate accessibility in all phases of our product-building lifecycle from user research, to design and quality assurance. Our products are guided by Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG), included in US Section 508, and the harmonized EN 301 549. All disciplines in our product team go through accessibility training in order to build with eye for accessibility and release products that meet accessibility standards.
It’s imperative we deliver an accessible experience not only to you, our customer, but to your customers as well. We’ve developed the following resources to help you build and deliver accessible surveys to your diverse community:
- Check Survey accessibility — diagnoses your survey, indicates which questions are inaccessible and gives other recommendations for increased accessibility
- Website app feedback accessibility — guidance on accessible design to reach out to your website visitors
- Expert review — indicates if one or more questions in your survey are not WCAG compliant
We understand accessibility issues are crucial and time sensitive so we’ve developed an Accessibility Support team to answer your accessibility-related questions. Just click on the “Help” button in the Qualtrics platform to email the team.
The Voluntary Product Accessibility Template (VPAT) is a standardized form to document a product’s conformance with accessibility standards. The VPAT is used for creation of Accessibility Conformance Reports (ACRs) describing the accessibility of a product’s features. This site will be updated on a regular cadence as Qualtrics VPATs become available. We currently offer the following VPATs:
