Sales Development Representitive
SDRs generate revenue by sourcing qualified opportunities that progress through the sales funnel. In this role, you'll build foundational sales skills like cold calling, prospecting, value propositions, and product knoweldge and have a clear promotion path into a mid-level Account Executive role.
Account Development Manager
ADMs work with warm leads to help Account Executives negotiate and close services deals. You'll build a skillset in relationship based sales and have the opportunity to promote two times (every 6-9 months) eventually moving into an AE role upon completion of the program.

as an SDR
+ You make 50+ cold calls and send 50+ personalized emails per day. In addition, you find and add 15+ new contacts to into your call cadence.+ You work with Account Executives to discuss and strategize methods to penetrate targeted accounts with the goal of setting quality meetings.
+ You’re the best with LinkedIn and Salesforce.
+ You attend 1:1’s, team meetings, trainings, sales calls, discovery calls, demos, etc. to develop your skills.
+ You compete with yourself, your co-workers, and other teams.
+ You collaborate with your peers sharing standard methodologies, “oops moments,” and role playing to make sure you’re focused on continuous improvement.
+ You’re self disciplined, accountable, and reliable.

+ CLOSE DEALS_ Love the idea of sales, but cold calling isn’t for you? ADMs work with warm leads to help Account Executives negotiate and seal the deal on services deals.
+ BUILD YOUR RESUME_ You’ll have the ability to be promoted two times while in the program (every 6-9 months). Upon finishing the program, you’ll be ready to move into a mid-level Account Executive role based on your performance and role availability.
+ KEEP YOUR CUSTOMERS AT THE CENTER_ Our relationship based approach to sales will challenge you to come up with new and creative solutions to address your customers’ objectives.
