$1,800 Experience bonus
After one year, you'll get $1,800 USD (or local equivalent) annually for experiences like concerts, trips, sports, events, or charity. The options are endless.
2 weeks work from anywhere policy
Need a change of scenery? You  can work from anywhere for up to 10 days outside our hybrid work policy. 
Mental health benefit
You're eligible for one-on-one mental health coaching, clinical care, guided meditation, mindfulness excercises and more - all at no cost to you. 
Family Support programs
You can reimburse up to $10,000 USD for qualified expenses associated with the adoption and/or surrogacy of a child. 

$1,200 towards wellness

Over 95% of our employees join this wellness program. You'll receive $300 USD per quarter for wellness-related expenses.
