When creating your report, you may want to include more information than what is contained in the default graphs and tables. Don’t worry– Qualtrics has you covered! You can add notes in your report to clarify and expound upon your findings. Notes can include text, images, or even videos.
Use a note to quickly explain the most important findings from a your data.
Notes can be added to each question in your report. Each note can contain text, images, or even video.
Open your report in the View Reports section of the View Results tab.
Click on the question where you want to add a note.
Click the More menu, and then select Add Note.
Your note will appear directly beneath the question text. To edit the text of your note, click Enter your note here and begin typing.
Once you’ve added a note to your report, you can customize it with formatted text, images, or videos.
To edit your note, click Options and then select Rich Content Editor. In the Rich Content Editor, you can add text formatting and custom media.
To delete a note, click the gray X on the top right of the note box.
